Slater 1018 needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
Slater was recently found tied to a fence. with a shock collar. His name was written on the leash. He was not chipped and a owner wasn't able to be located, so he was released to the rescue. He is very sweet and seems to be dog friendly. He would make a great family dog.
